Terminal Guide
International passenger terminal visitors need to check sailing status, carrier information, ticketing links, terminal facilities, parking, and departure or entry procedures before they arrive. If that information is hard to find or outdated, it increases customer inquiries and creates confusion at the terminal.
We structured the official website around practical traveler needs. Sailing routes, carrier information, ticketing links, terminal floor guides, transportation, parking, baggage, visa, weather, notices, and lost-and-found information were organized into clear sections. The site was also built with a multilingual structure so Korean and foreign passengers can access essential guidance.
This project was not a simple brochure site. The website needed to work as a practical information desk for passengers checking routes, carriers, ticketing, procedures, and terminal facilities before visiting the port.
"Passengers need the latest route and carrier information before they visit. The website now gives them a clearer place to check it."

Structured sailing route and carrier information pages
Reflected a maintainable update flow for carrier operation details
Connected ticketing and shipping company information
Prepared a multilingual information structure for international passengers
By consolidating terminal guidance into one official website, the project reduced friction for passengers and gave the terminal a more reliable digital channel for public information updates.
The most important point was making sailing and carrier information easy to check and maintain. Passengers can review route status, carrier names, departure or arrival details, and update timing before using the terminal.
